1.1 The purpose of this website is to connect Job Seekers with Employers, Recruiters, and Entities with jobs or volunteer opportunities. Users, members and clients understand and agree that any information collected about them is used for this purpose, and Job Seeker contact information and personality report is made available to Employers seeking to connect with registered members for recruiting purposes. TalentPen collects information about Job Seekers in the course of registration, in order to perform the function of the website. This information helps verify contact information and facilitates communication between the Job Seeker and the Employers using the website, and in certain cases, our administrative team. We collect a usable E-mail address so that We can communicate with Job Seekers and Employers and so that Employers can communicate with Job Seekers regarding employment opportunities. Contact information, such as address, telephone number, and email address, is used for the purpose of facilitating communication between the Job Seeker and the Employer. Periodically, the website will communicate with Members to notify them of important events pertaining to their registration, matching jobs, and contact from interested Employers. Periodically, We will send Job Seekers promotional offers and opportunities from our sponsors. Such emails will only come from the Career Network. Employers are not allowed to solicit private information about Job Seekers, such as sensitive financial information or social security numbers, through this website. Any exchange of sensitive personal information is made between the Job Seeker and the Employer directly, and all users of this website agree to hold TalentPen, LLC, and the Milwaukee Career Network completely harmless regarding this exchange of information freely entered into between any Job Seeker and Employer. We do not resell or make available contact information to third party resellers of information, and only make information available to non subscribers of Our service as required by law. Job Seekers have the ability to hide certain contact information from other job seekers in the social network under the Privacy Settings area of their account. In addition, Job Seekers have the ability to make their profile “private” which hides their contact information from Employers until they are invited to apply for a job. Job Seekers have the right to remove or hide their profile at any time by sending an email to the administrative contact listed below. Job Seekers should not include personal contact information on any uploaded resume if they wish to remain as a ‘private’ member.
1.2 Job Seekers should be aware that the purpose of the web Site is to facilitate introductions between Employers with open positions and Job Seekers. When users are communicating with another person or Employer, they should also be aware that they have full control over the information they choose to disclose. The purpose of the Online personality test is for informational purposes only. Job Seekers agree that the Personality Test is not used to discriminate against any individual for any employment opportunity, but is meant only as a tool to assist Employers locate candidates with the personality traits They seek for a particular position. The Personality Test does not measure fitness, or aptitude for any particular activity, does not predict behaviors and is not intended as a predictive indicator for any purpose whatsoever. The Personality Test is intended for initial searching, and location of candidates who match the entries made by the Employer. The job Seeker understands that he or she is sharing that information directly with the employer, and is assuming responsibility for all information entered when creating a profile, taking the personality test, or communicating with an Employer.
1.4 A TalentPen employee will not ask Job Seekers for information beyond the type collected at their original registration.
1.5 User Names and Passwords
During Registration, Job Seekers are asked to provide their E-mail address and a self-generated password, with which to access their account through our secure area. It is their responsibility to maintain the secrecy of their password and not permit others to impersonate them on our Site. This responsibility includes properly logging out of the Site and closing the browser window at the end of their session to make sure others cannot ‘ride a cookie’ back into their secure area of the Site. Job Seekers should be aware that their email address containing their name or any part of their name may identify them, their gender, or other information to others, and take full responsibility for using any email address that may contain self identifying information.

Specifically, the intended use of information gathered on this website is to assist Job Seekers connect with Employers, and Employers find candidates for jobs. Any solicitations to Job Seekers for payments made by any Employer should be considered fraudulent and be immediately reported, as users should report any suspicious activity or abuse of this website to the website administrator below.
3.2 Special Offers and Updates
If Job Seekers have given us their email address, We may occasionally send Job Seekers promotional notices or Newsletters. This includes product and service information and special deals. We offer Job Seekers the option not to receive these types of communications by following the opt out link on any such email.
3.3 Service-related Announcements
We will send Job Seekers strictly service-related announcements when it is necessary to do so.
